He was born in Varese in 1970. He graduated in Aeronautical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. In his 25-years long career he has been involved in product and technology development in various sectors, such as Aerospace, Consumer goods and, more recently, Automotive. He has been the head of large engineering teams and has held leadership roles in complex and international contexts (Leonardo, Whirlpool, Marelli). His special passion for the human aspects and touch in the organization of work has led him to become a certified Executive Coach at the International Coaching Federation. Alongside his main activities, he plays the role of mentor in the acceleration program for startups of one of leading Italian financial institutions.

Stefano Susani was born in 1966 and is a civil engineer. He has 30 years of experience in Infrastructural Engineering and Consulting, during which, in addition to holding the role of designer, he has held technical and managerial responsibilities in some of the main companies in the sector active in Italy and abroad (Geodata, Ceas, Technital, MWH Global, Net Engineering and, most recently, Autostrade per l'Italia). Today he shares with 7more than 00 other colleagues the project of Tecne, the new engineering company of the Autostrade per l 'Italia Group. He has participated in international and national infrastructure projects in the fields of Transport, Energy, Logistics, the Environment and Water. He lives with his family in Milan and has two daughters. He is a lover of systemic thinking and industrial ecology. He is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation. He has been a speaker at numerous conferences and author for specialized magazines.
